Wind Safety Policy
At Highball Rides, safety always comes first. We do not set up or operate inflatables in unsafe wind conditions.
Strong winds and sudden gusts can make bounce houses, water slides, and obstacle courses dangerous, even when they are properly secured.
Our Wind Limits
For safety reasons we follow these wind guidelines:
Grass is always the preferred and safest setup surface, because inflatables can be securely staked into the ground. Concrete setups require special weights and have lower wind safety limits.
If wind speeds exceed these limits, we will not set up or operate the inflatable.

Weather & Wind Cancellation Policy
If your rental must be canceled due to unsafe wind or severe weather, we will refund your payment or allow you to reschedule, depending on your preference and availability.
Safety decisions are never optional. They are made to protect your children, guests, and property.
We appreciate your understanding when weather conditions are not safe for inflatable operation.
